The crew at Downtown Auto Specialist have been great to work with. Downtown auto specialist helped me out at a time a need like they were my family. My car was making weird noises and my mechanic father told me to get it checked out immediately. I called around 5-6 places and No one had the time of day for me because it was during tire changing season. Not downtown auto though, they got me to come in within 30 minutes and did a thorough check of the car, taking apart all the tires, looking at the brakes, and even getting me an oil change without charging me labour fees. I really felt cared for and I am now going to go to them every time to get any work done! Thank you so much!

They’re incredibly knowledgeable, speedy, charge a very fair amount and overall are just very friendly. They take the time out of their day to explain what’s going. I had a great experience at this auto shop. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Mike, and they checked my fluids free of charge. They also did a fantastic job on my tires and brakes, which I needed to replace last time I was there. The prices were reasonable and the service was fast. I would definitely recommend this auto shop to anyone who needs car maintenance or repairs. They are the best !

Excellent service! Brian & his team outperformed my expectations! I’ve been here twice and both the times they did a great job to fix the car problems. Most recently I went there to get a feont end rattling noise checked. They found out the issue and gave me a resonable quote that also fixed the noise issue. They are not like other mechanics that is after your money; for both of my visits they provided me a resonable quote to fix the issue with options to fix other forcasted issues.

Mike and his team are the best. I had an odd issue with my check engine light intermittently coming on. They were very patient looking into it and trying options to fix, multiple times. Finally found out they had been sent a wrong part two times. Would recommend to anyone. Very helpful, trustworthy and just plain nice people to deal with.
